ARCA along with the NRCA is bringing the first annual roofing competition to the SkillsUSA program. Arizona currently has several schools interested in participating and becoming a part of our future workforce!

MENTOR
Roofing Contractors have a unique opportunity to pledge their support by offering yours or an employees' time to mentor a student. We believe that your expertise and guidance can play a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of skilled roofing professionals. ARCA will try to match schools with mentors based on the mentor's location, either at the office or home, and facilitate the introduction between the teacher and mentor.

SPONSOR
ARCA members have a unique opportunity to make a substantial impact by pledging $500 to sponsor a school. These funds will be used to purchase tools and materials. Your donation will be instrumental in facilitating the growth and development of our aspiring professionals while also addressing the pressing workforce issues that the roofing industry faces.

SUPPORTER
ARCA members can make a substantial impact to make this program a success by pledging to be a Supporter through in-kind donations. We recognize that your organization may have the ability to provide valuable resources that can directly benefit our students and address the pressing workforce issues facing the roofing industry.
