NRCA Foreman Management Training

NRCA’s Foreman Management Training is an in-person version of NRCA’s TRAC foreman package and echoes the pillars upon which NRCA’s foreman PROCertification^® is built:

Throughout this program, participants will navigate scenarios for each pillar to help reinforce content. They should be able to:

• List components of job management
• Explain a foreman’s role in job management, per category
• Discuss the pros and cons of solutions to various scenarios
• Describe how foremen affect profitability

Included in the tuition for this course, participants can take the PROCertification^® Roofing Foreman exam.
