Excavation/Fall Protection/Ladder Safety Webinar - English

This course is designed to teach hazard recognition and abatement procedures for Fall Protection in the roofing industry. The primary focus is compliance with company directives and use of authorized fall protection systems needed to protect employees who are working on roof structures. Employees are introduced to company directives & OSHA regulations relative to the work process and selection of primary and alternative fall protection systems to include but not limited to, guardrails, warning lines, safety monitors, and all components of a personal fall protection system. Access, egress and emergency rescue are included in the training module. Ladder course is designed to teach hazard recognition and the safe use of ladders in the work environment. Attendees are familiarized with selection of correct ladder, inspection of ladder units, setting up ladders correctly, company policies on removing ladders from service and/or authorized repair, and proper storage of ladders and how to carry a ladder.
