At ARCA, advocacy is a cornerstone of our mission. We are committed to protecting and advancing the interests of Arizona’s roofing industry by staying actively engaged in the legislative and regulatory process.

As an Industry Association Partner of Arizonans for Fair Contracting (AFC), we proudly join a coalition of trade associations, contractors, and Arizona residents working to promote fair, commonsense contracting practices across the state.

AFC serves as the united voice of Arizona’s contracting community, advocating for policies that create a more balanced, transparent, and supportive legal environment for contractors of all sizes. Through this partnership, ARCA members gain a powerful platform for legislative influence and access to the latest updates on bills and regulatory developments impacting the construction and roofing industries.

What We Do:

• Collaborate with state lawmakers to support legislation that protects contractors and promotes responsible business practices.

• Support AFC’s grassroots efforts to bring real-world contractor perspectives to the Capitol.

• Keep our members informed about policy changes and how they can get involved.

• Provide access to lobbying and public affairs expertise through AFC’s professional representation at the state level.
